Join us on a vino voyage around the world, right here at Restoration. Throughout 4 events, we will be tasting 16 wines from 7 countries and enjoying hors d'oeuvres paired with each vintage. You'll receive a passport book, with the chance to win a prize for completing the journey. The Breakthru Beverage team has partnered with Restoration to bring you these four wine events. Our first stop:

Wine: Gemma di Luna, Delle Venezie Pinot Grigio
Menu pairing: Panna Cotta with Peach Compote, Strawberry Coulis, and Toasted Almonds

Menu pairing: Grilled Plum wrapped in Prosciutto with Wine Cherry Reduction

Menu pairing: Ricotta Stuffed Truffle Polenta with a Butter Poached Scallop
